Supervisory Development Program – Intermediate
Overview
This is the second level of the three tier program. It concentrates on planning, self-management and interpersonal skills. It is recommended for all employees earmarked for promotion from foremen to junior supervisory positions or employees already in junior supervisory positions who have not gone through the Basic programme. Senior Supervisors may also take the course as a refresher.
